Luisa writes,
I was dying because of the continuous privations of my sweet Jesus. This morning I found myself completely in Jesus, as if I were swimming in the immensity of my Highest Good. Then, I looked inside myself and I saw Jesus in me. I could hear the whole Being of Jesus speaking: His feet, His hands, His Heart, His mouth - in sum, everything. Not only were they voices, but the wonder is that these voices became immense, multiplying themselves for every creature. The feet of Jesus spoke to the feet and to each step of the creatures; His hands to their works; His eyes to their glances; His thoughts to each one of their thoughts... What harmonies between Creator and creatures! What an enchanting sight! What love! But - alas, all these harmonies were broken by ingratitudes and sins. Love was repaid with offenses. And Jesus, all afflicted, told me: “My daughter, I am the Word, and my Love toward the creature is so great that I multiply Myself into as many voices for as many acts, thoughts, affections, desires, etc. as each creature does, in order to receive from them the return of those acts done for love of Me. I give love and I want love, but I receive offenses instead. I give life, but if they could, they would give Me death. But in spite of all this, I continue my loving office.

However, know that the soul who lives united with Me and from my Volition, swimming in my immensity, becomes one voice together with Me. Therefore, if she walks, her steps speak, pursuing the sinner; her thoughts are voices to the minds; and so on with everything else. Only from these souls do I find my reward, beginning with the work of Creation. And in seeing that, unable to do anything by themselves to correspond to my Love and maintain the harmonies between Myself and them, they enter into my Will, taking ownership and acting in a Divine manner - my Love finds its outpouring and I love them more than all other creatures.”

Welcome. This is David Russell and Your Faith Anew, Daily Reflections Guiding You to Live in the Divine Will. Today's reflection is from the Book of Heaven by the servant of God Louisa Picaretta, April 15th, 1916, volume eleven. Let us begin in the will and name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Heavenly Father, you who speak through every act of love and call us into union with your divine will, grant us the grace to hear your voice in all things. May our thoughts, words, and actions become one with you, so that love may be returned for love. Amen. Saint Paul writes in the first letter to the Corinthians chapter twelve verse six. There are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who inspires them all in everyone. The Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches in Paragraph twenty six seventy two. The Holy Spirit is the interior master of Christian prayer. He is the artisan of the living tradition of prayer. To be sure, there are as many paths of prayer as there are persons who pray, but it is the same Spirit acting in all and with all. Before we enter into this mystical moment, we are invited to see how God desires to unite every human act with his own divine life. Louisa writes I was dying because of the continuous privations of my sweet Jesus. This morning I found myself completely in Jesus as if I were swimming in the immensity of my highest good. Then I looked inside myself and I saw Jesus in me. I could hear the whole being of Jesus speaking, his feet, his hands, his heart, his mouth, in some everything. Not only were they voices, but the wonder is that these voices became immense, multiplying themselves for every creature. The feet of Jesus spoke to the feet, and to each step of the creatures, his hands to their works, his eyes to their glances, his thoughts to each one of their thoughts. This passage opens before us a breathtaking vision.

Jesus is not silent. He is continuously speaking through every movement, every glance, every heartbeat of creation. His divine life is not distant, it is actively reaching into every human act, seeking a return of love. Yet what does he receive? Too often, in gratitude, indifference, even rejection. And still, he continues, This is the astonishing persistence of divine love. But then comes the invitation. Jesus reveals that the soul who lives in his will does not merely respond with isolated acts of love. Instead, that soul becomes one voice with him. This is not symbolic. It's participation. When such a soul walks, Jesus walks. When such a soul thinks, Jesus speaks. When such a soul loves, Jesus loves within that act. This is the restoration of harmony. The divine will takes our small, limited acts and fuses them into something immense, something capable of reaching every creature just as Jesus does. This is why living in the divine will is not simply about being good or holy in the ordinary sense. It's about entering into the very operation of God. And in that union, something incredible happens. God finally finds a return of love that is worthy of him. Not because of us, but because his own divine life is acting within us.

Let us pray.

SPEAKER_02

Lord Jesus, divine word, you who speak in every act of creation, open my soul to hear your voice. Let my thoughts no longer be my own, but yours. Let my steps echo your footsteps. Let my heart beat in rhythm with your divine love. Where there has been silence, let there be your voice. Where there has been division, restore harmony. Where there has been ingratitude, let my life become a continuous act of love. Draw me into your will, O Jesus, so that I may no longer live apart from you, but as one voice united with your eternal word. Amen. Thank you for joining your faith anew today. Remain attentive to the voice of Jesus within you. In every act, you are invited to return love for love. Until tomorrow, stay in his will, and your faith will be made anew.
