Your Faith Anew! exists to help souls grow in their knowledge of the Catholic Faith, strive to remain in a state of grace, and encounter the transforming joy of the Gospel. Its mission is simple yet eternal: to save souls, glorify God, and become saints.
Hosted by David Russell, this daily reflection podcast draws deeply from Sacred Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and the writings of the Servant of God, Luisa Piccarreta—especially The Book of Heaven—guiding listeners into a deeper understanding of living in the Divine Will.
David is the author of four spiritually rich works: Magi Theology: The Essence of Illusion, The Little Magician – Discovers Bigger and Better, Our Pilgrimage with the Pilgrim Virgin, and his newest release, Our Mother in the Divine Will. With a lifelong fascination for the mystical, David discovered a profound connection between the art of illusion and deeper spiritual realities—an insight that inspired both his theological and children’s writings. His work Magi Theology received both the Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur from the Diocese of Knoxville.
In 2010, David was introduced to the writings of Luisa Piccarreta, which deeply resonated with his own spiritual insights. This encounter helped shape the foundation of his ministry.
In 2017, he founded the Your Faith Anew! prayer and study group to help Catholics rediscover and fall in love with their Faith. At the heart of his message is this conviction:
“The Catholic Faith prepares us to receive the Gift of Living in the Divine Will—and this Gift enables us to live our Faith in a divine manner most pleasing to God.”

SPEAKER_01Welcome. This is David Russell and your faith anew. Daily reflections guiding you to live in the divine will. Today's reflection would normally come from the book of heaven by the servant of God Luisa Pecoretta. However, there are no entries recorded for today's date, April 27th. So instead, we turn to a beautiful and timely alternative, an upcoming made devotion also given through Luisa Pecoretta, the Virgin Mary in the kingdom of the divine will. As we approach the month dedicated to our Blessed Mother, we begin to enter into her maternal school, where she teaches us step by step how to live fully in the divine will. Let us begin in the will and name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Heavenly Father, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, open our souls to receive the gift of your divine will. Grant that we may learn, like our blessed Mother, to surrender our human will completely, so that your life may reign in us. Amen. Saint Luke writes in his gospel chapter one, verse thirty eight. Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. Let it be done to me according to your word. Mary's fiat is not just a moment, it's a life lived entirely in the divine will. Her yes is the doorway through which heaven touches earth. The catechism of the Catholic Church teaches in paragraph one hundred forty eight. The Virgin Mary most perfectly embodies the obedience of faith. By her obedience, she became the cause of salvation for herself and for the whole human race. Mary's greatness is not only in what she did, but in how she lived, completely united to the will of God.

SPEAKER_01I come to invite you to enter into the kingdom of your mama, that is, the kingdom of the divine will. And I knock at the door of your heart that you may open it to me. This book is of gold, my child. It will form your spiritual fortune. In it you will find the font of all goods. If you are weak, you will acquire strength. If you're tempted, you will achieve victory. I, the celestial empress, will take care of all your needs, provided that you consent to live united with me. I will go throughout the whole world until as queen I have formed my people who would know the divine will and let it reign everywhere. This passage is not simply an introduction. It's a personal invitation. Mary is not distant. She's not symbolic. She is active, intentional, and maternal. She says, I descend, I knock, I bring you this gift. This reveals something profound. The kingdom of the divine will is not something we construct, it's something we receive. And how do we receive it? Not through effort alone, but through relationship. Mary presents herself as teacher, model, guide, mother, and most importantly, the one who forms us. But there's a condition, she repeats clearly. Provided that you consent. This is where everything hinges. The divine will does not force, it invites. Mary does not impose, she asks. The obstacle is not complexity, the obstacle is the human will. She identifies the root problem, weakness, temptation, instability. All of these flow from one source, living apart from the divine will. And so her mission is singular to form a people who will live again on earth as it is in heaven. This is restoration. This is return. This is the fulfillment of the Our Father.

SPEAKER_01Holy Mama, I come to your maternal knees as your little child. You who lived always in the divine will, teach me to do the same. Take my will into your hands, purify it, transform it, and exchange it for the divine will. Knock again at the door of my heart and give me the grace to open it fully. Let your presence be my guide, your love my strength, your fiat my life. Form in me the kingdom of the divine will, so that all I do, all I think, and all I love may be united to God.

SPEAKER_01Thank you for joining your faith anew today. Mary is not waiting for perfection, she is waiting for permission. Open the door, give her your will and allow her to form in you the life of heaven. Until tomorrow, stay in his will, and your faith will be made anew.
