"Your Faith Anew!"
Your Faith Anew! exists to help souls grow in their knowledge of the Catholic Faith, strive to remain in a state of grace, and encounter the transforming joy of the Gospel. Its mission is simple yet eternal: to save souls, glorify God, and become saints.
Hosted by David Russell, this daily reflection podcast draws deeply from Sacred Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and the writings of the Servant of God, Luisa Piccarreta—especially The Book of Heaven—guiding listeners into a deeper understanding of living in the Divine Will.
David is the author of four spiritually rich works: Magi Theology: The Essence of Illusion, The Little Magician – Discovers Bigger and Better, Our Pilgrimage with the Pilgrim Virgin, and his newest release, Our Mother in the Divine Will. With a lifelong fascination for the mystical, David discovered a profound connection between the art of illusion and deeper spiritual realities—an insight that inspired both his theological and children’s writings. His work Magi Theology received both the Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur from the Diocese of Knoxville.
In 2010, David was introduced to the writings of Luisa Piccarreta, which deeply resonated with his own spiritual insights. This encounter helped shape the foundation of his ministry.
In 2017, he founded the Your Faith Anew! prayer and study group to help Catholics rediscover and fall in love with their Faith. At the heart of his message is this conviction:
“The Catholic Faith prepares us to receive the Gift of Living in the Divine Will—and this Gift enables us to live our Faith in a divine manner most pleasing to God.”
Join us daily as we seek not only to understand our Faith—but to live it fully, joyfully, and in union with the Divine Will.

Luisa writes,
I was doing my round in the Creation, to follow the acts of the Divine Will in all created things; and my sweet Jesus, moving in my interior, told me: “My daughter, one was My Will that came out in Creation, but It spread and multiplied Itself in each created thing; and the soul who goes around in the Creation to follow Its acts and to embrace them all together, gathers the Divine Will that is spread in all things and makes It one, giving Me the glory of the Unity of It. Then, spreading It again in all created things, she gives Me the glory of My Divine Will multiplied and bilocated in so many things.
“It is something great, My daughter, that the littleness of the creature reunites, all together, this Will of Mine bilocated and multiplied in so many things, so as to say to Me: ‘One is the glory, the honor, the love I want to give You, because the one act contains everything—it is perfect, and it alone is worthy of You. One was the Will that came out from You, and as one do I want to bring It to You.’ And then, making use of her loving stratagems, she spreads It again, and she gives Me the Glory of the Supreme Fiat multiplied and bilocated in all things. And I let her do everything, and I delight in and enjoy her loving stratagems. In fact, being in My Will, she is in My house, and she can do nothing but what pertains to the Celestial Family. Her acting is always Divine way of acting, that alone can please Me and give Me perfect love and glory.”
After this, I felt oppressed; the privations of Jesus become longer. I felt all the weight of my long exile and the pain of my far away Fatherland. A profound sadness invaded my poor soul, and my beloved Jesus, moving in my interior, told me: “My daughter, both of us must have patience, and think about the work of the formation of the Kingdom of the Divine Will. No one knows what we are doing—the sacrifices it takes, the continuous acts, the prayers that are needed to form and obtain a good so great. No one takes part in our sacrifices; no one helps us to form this Kingdom that will bring them so much good; and while they pay no attention to us, they think about enjoying their miserable life, without even disposing themselves to receive the good we are preparing. Oh! if creatures could see what passes in the secrecy of our hearts, how surprised with amazement they would be.

SPEAKER_01Welcome. This is David Russell and Your Faith Anew, Daily Reflections Guiding You to Live in the Divine Will. Today's reflection is from the Book of Heaven by the servant of God Louisa Picaretta, april thirtieth, nineteen twenty seven, volume twenty one. Let us begin in the will and name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Heavenly Father, in your divine will you created all things in unity, beauty, and order. Grant us the grace to enter into that same divine will, to gather all your acts in creation, and return them to you in one single act of love. Give us patience in the hidden work you ask of us, and the strength to persevere in silence, trusting that every act done in your will builds your kingdom through Christ our Lord. Amen. Saint Paul the Apostle writes in his first letter to the Corinthians chapter ten verse thirty one. So whether you eat or drink, whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God. The Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches in paragraph three O seven. To human beings, God even gives the power of freely sharing in His providence by entrusting them with the responsibility of subduing the earth and having dominion over it. God thus enables men to be intelligent and free causes in order to complete the work of creation, to perfect its harmony for their own good and that of their neighbors. Though often unconscious collaborators with God's will, they can also enter deliberately into the divine plan by their actions, their prayers, and their sufferings. They then fully become God's fellow workers and co workers for His kingdom. Today's passage reveals how the soul, living in the divine will, participates in this divine work, gathering all creation into one act of glory and cooperating in the hidden formation of God's kingdom. Louisa writes I was doing my round in the creation to follow the acts of the divine will in all created things, and my sweet Jesus, moving in my interior, told me, My daughter, one was my will that came out in creation, but it spread and multiplied itself in each created thing. And the soul who goes around in the creation to follow its acts and to embrace them altogether gathers the divine will that is spread in all things, and makes it one, giving me the glory of the unity of it. Then, spreading it again in all created things, she gives me the glory of my divine will multiplied and billocated in so many things. It is something great, my daughter, that the littleness of the creature reunites altogether this will of mine billocated and multiplied in so many things, so as to say to me, One is the glory, the honor, the love I want to give you, because the one act contains everything. It is perfect, and it alone is worthy of you. One was the will that came out from you, and as one do I want to bring it to you. And then, making use of her loving stratagems, she spreads it again, and she gives me the glory of the supreme fiat multiplied and billocated in all things, and I let her do everything, and I delight in and enjoy her loving stratagems. In fact, being in my will, she is in my house, and she can do nothing but what pertains to the celestial family. Her acting is always divine way of acting. That alone can please me and give me perfect love and glory. After this I felt oppressed. The privations of Jesus became longer. I felt all the weight of my long exile and the pain of my faraway fatherland. A profound sadness invaded my poor soul, and my beloved Jesus, moving in my interior, told me My daughter, both of us must have patience, and think about the work of the formation of the kingdom of the divine will. No one knows what we are doing, the sacrifices it takes, the continuous acts, the prayers that are needed to form and obtain a good so great. No one takes part in our sacrifices. No one helps us to form this kingdom that will bring them so much good. And while they pay no attention to us, they think about enjoying their miserable life without even disposing themselves to receive the good we are preparing. Oh, if creatures could see what passes in the secrecy of our hearts, how surprised with amazement they would be. The same happened when my mama and I were on earth. While we were preparing between the two of us the kingdom of redemption, all the remedies that were needed so that all might find salvation, no sacrifices were spared, nor works, nor life, nor prayers. And while we were intent on thinking about everyone, on giving our life for all, no one would think about us. No one knew what we were doing. My celestial mama was the depository of the kingdom of redemption, and therefore she took part in all the sacrifices, in all our sorrows. Only Saint Joseph knew what we were doing, but he did not share in all our sorrows. Oh how our hearts ached in seeing that while mother and son were consuming themselves with pains and with love for all in order to form all possible and imaginable remedies for all, so as to heal them and place them in safety, they not only did not think about us, but offended us, despised us, and others plotted against my life even from my birth. This I am repeating with you, my daughter, in order to form the kingdom of the divine fiat. The world takes from us even though it does not know us. Only my assisting minister knows what we're doing, but he does not take part either in our sacrifices or in our work. We are alone. Therefore, patience in this long work. The more we work, the more we will enjoy the fruits of this celestial kingdom. Jesus reveals a hidden mystery today. The divine will is one, but spread throughout all creation. Every created thing carries within it the act of the divine will, and the soul who lives in that will is invited to gather all these acts into one single offering. This is the round in creation. It is not merely a devotion, it is participation in divine unity. The soul becomes like a bridge, gathering all created acts, uniting them and returning them to God in one perfect act of love. And then she does something astonishing. She spreads that same divine will back into creation, giving God the glory of his will multiplied in all things. This is divine reciprocity. God gives his will, the soul gathers it, returns it, and spreads it again. But then Jesus reveals the cost. This work is hidden, unknown, unseen, unappreciated, even rejected. Just as in the time of redemption, when Jesus and Mary silently prepared the salvation of the world, unknown to nearly everyone, the same pattern continues in the formation of the kingdom of the divine will. The greatest works of God are done in secrecy, and often in solitude. This can bring a deep sense of exile, of longing, of being misunderstood or forgotten. But Jesus asks for one thing patience, because the fruit will come, and when it comes, it will be immense. The kingdom being formed now through hidden acts, prayers, sacrifices will bring a good so great that it will surpass human understanding. So today, if your acts feel small, unseen or unnoticed, take courage. In the divine will nothing is lost, everything is gathered, everything is multiplied, everything returns to God in perfect unity. Let us pray. Lord Jesus, you who have spread your divine will throughout all creation, draw us into this great mystery of unity and love. Teach us to gather all your acts in the sun, in the wind, in every created thing, and to return them to you in one single act of glory. Make our souls attentive to your hidden presence, faithful in the smallest acts, and constant in love. When we feel alone, remind us that you too worked in silence. When we feel unseen, remind us that your greatest works were hidden. When we feel weary, give us patience to continue. Let us participate in the formation of your kingdom, not seeking recognition, but seeking only to love you and give you glory. May every act we do in your will be united with all creation and return to you in perfect unity. Amen. Thank you for joining your faith anew today. The hidden life in the divine will is never wasted. Every act, every prayer, every sacrifice contributes to something far greater than we can see. Remain faithful, remain patient, and continue your rounds. God is building his kingdom through you. Until tomorrow, stay in his will, and your faith will be made anew.
